General-purpose AI chat
Quick, but no standard
- The feedback depends on how you ask, not on the ICF markers
- Easy to come away with praise and no marker to work on
- You paste, trim and re-prompt every session, and nothing carries over
Built for ICF ACC & PCC candidates
An unfiltered, marker-by-marker review of every practice session—the moments that cost your client space, and a line to try instead. Ready minutes after your call.
Asks about the client’s thinking and feelings

Illustrative sample
Every coaching session reviewed against ACC’s 20 behavioral statements or PCC’s 37 markers.
Stacked, leading and closed questions, advice, interruptions and monologues—each with a rewrite.
Confirmed and emerging markers over your last 10 sessions, beside your ICF hours log.
Encrypted in transit and at rest. GDPR-ready. We never train AI on your sessions.
CoachRocks gives formative self-review for practice. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ICF.
Why generic feedback falls short
Most practice sessions never get a marker-level review. Here is where each option leaves you.

Mentor coaching
CoachRocks
CoachRocks doesn’t replace your mentor coach. It helps you bring them your best recording, not your first.
Real results from coaches in training
Tracy
ACC Candidate · ~8 sessions/mo
Tracy spent 30–60 minutes after every call fixing automated transcripts, untangling speaker labels, and searching for evidence. Now transcripts arrive separated and indexed, letting her jump straight into competency self-review.
Tina
ICF Level 1 · ACC Candidate
Tina needed to walk into supervision with clear evidence of core markers without re-listening to full audio files. CoachRocks flags where competencies appeared, logs the hours directly to ICF standards, and protects client privacy.
Sample PCC review
No flattery. Specific feedback on missed opportunities, paired with concrete rewrites at your credential level.

“Could you raise it with your leadership? Would a meeting help? Or an email first?”

“I… honestly, I’m not sure.”
Missed opportunity
Three questions in one turn, each narrowing to yes or no. Your client answered none of them, and the thread about their leadership went quiet.

How it works
A bot joins your Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, or record in the browser. Already recorded? Upload the audio, video or transcript.
Minutes after the call: every ACC statement or PCC marker, the habits it caught, and a line to try instead for each.
Take the rewrites into your next session and watch markers move from emerging to confirmed. Export your transcript and hours log for your mentor.

FAQ
No. CoachRocks gives formative self-review: it marks your practice sessions against the published ACC behavioral statements or PCC markers, so you can see what you showed and what you missed. Your mentor coach and ICF’s assessors make the actual judgment, and CoachRocks is not affiliated with or endorsed by the ICF.
No. ICF requires mentor coaching with a qualified mentor coach, and CoachRocks does not count toward it. Use it between mentor sessions: review every practice call, work on the habits it catches, and bring your mentor the recordings and questions that matter most.
Yes, in one click from any review or from Settings. ACC sessions are rated on the 20 behavioral statements and PCC sessions on the 37 markers. A switch applies from your next session on: a finished review keeps the level it was made at, so your record stays honest. Your competency trend can be read at either level.
CoachRocks does not train any model on your sessions, and OpenAI and Soniox, which transcribe and analyze them, state in their API terms that customer content is not used to train their models. Sessions and client details are encrypted in transit and at rest. How we handle session data lists every provider we use and quotes what each one commits to.
Yes. Upload a recording as .mp3, .m4a or .mp4 (up to 180 minutes), or a transcript as .docx, .txt, .vtt or .srt—Zoom’s saved audio and transcript files both work. Each upload counts as one session from your monthly allowance.
No. The bot joins your scheduled Zoom, Google Meet or Teams call, whatever your partner uses. You can also skip the bot and record in the browser, or upload afterwards. Your partner never signs up for anything.
Switch the hours log on in Settings, and every analyzed coaching session is totaled by client, with discovery calls left out. You mark each client paid or pro bono, so paid hours are never guessed, and you can add hours earned outside CoachRocks. One click exports a CSV in the eight columns of ICF’s Client Coaching Log: client name, contact information, individual or group, number in group, start and end dates, and paid and pro-bono hours.
Not inside CoachRocks: there is no mentor login yet. Download the transcript as .docx or .pdf, export your hours as a CSV, and walk your mentor through the review on screen.
Choose Starter ($14 a month) or Coach ($25 a month) to keep recording and analyzing sessions. No card is taken at signup, so nothing is charged unless you choose a plan. Until you do, every client, session, ICF review and logged hour stays where you left it, readable and exportable.
